growing up I often heard tales of the Third Rail (the rail on the subway that kills you instantly if you fall in and touch it). Is this a thing beyond the nyc subway? (The widespread scary bedtime story not the third rail)
It exists in Chicago, Boston and maybe San Francisco, I haven’t checked for every city, but I know it’s in those 2 or 3
