A cheaper train that serves a local area which is capable of street running but doesn’t always and typically runs at grade or elevated, but you really can’t tell if a system is a light rail without looking at the vehicles because they have a look
Officially Light Rail is a train line that uses LRVs and that’s all that makes it special
