Cars are already terrible but they could be worse. Let's make cars so terrible that people virtually have to use public transit. Together we can do it

My suggestions

• Speedometer only goes up to 55 (signs adjusted)
• AM/FM disabled. Only siriusXM. Non-car radios still work.
• All parking is paid parking
• Gas is a controlled substance requiring ID (like compressed air)
• Required refresher driving lessons every renewal
• You must fill a form explaining why you need a license. (data used to expand public transit)
• Fees per empty seat during drive.
• Car OS automatically snitches on speeding, you get an automated ticket in the mail.
• If you block a bus because you +had+ to make the light but now youre stuck in the intersection you get a ticket $100 per passenger on the bus
