Just give me a large plot of land in a city and I could design such a usable Walkable district for it
Like this is nothing, I could do so much better while still having a decently sized park
Here is my concept for what you could do with the same space, Blue is apartments, Red is transit stations, teal is community centers/theaters, and yellow is public art
Obviously the buildings aren’t as detailed as a real development but it includes a Metra stop allowing for transfers between the CTA red line and metra, and doesn’t reroute tracks which saves on costs as well.
