The Staten Island Railroad needs to be expanded so that Staten Island can actually be densified to allow for the lowering of NYC rents because there is so much wasted space on that island, like it is just standard American suburbs on there and it could be so much better if we densified it. And density can be most easily allowed for by expanding transit
So I am genuinely considering turning off reblogs on this post because someone has just decided to use it as a space to start bad faith ecofacist arguments
