I don't know much about Portland but it seems have that classic charming New England urban fabric
Really, Cincinnati, I mean I like Cincy but it has several walkability issue, OTR and clifton are nice but like there are so fucking many urban issues with the city, you can't advertise Cincinnati as the place to go for good city planning. Like have you seen the plans for the Brent Spence Companion Bridge

as someone who lives in cinci literally half of downtown is either a railyard or a highway interchange like 🧍
over the rhine is quite nice but the rest of the city ain’t it
also the streetcar has like 10-15 minute headways at best and doesn’t even connect to union station
oh and don’t even get me started on the bike infrastructure

Tampa literally has the worst public transit in the country. @amtrak-official I'm surprised you haven't gone on an extensive rant about it yet.
