I’m just genuinely curious, since the osha-official person on tumblr got a cease and desist for impersonating a federal entity, how come you aren’t in hot water?

Simple, they already had a chance to kill me, when I was sent the trademark violation letter, and they didn’t kill me. Also amtrak is a government owned corporation rather than a federal agency, so I’m not impersonating a federal entity
