Hey, Children should be able to to walk to the park to play with their friends at any point during the day
If it's a small child like 7 or younger they'll probably need a parent to walk with them but in general they should still be able to walk to the park
Not just to the park, also to their friends, or maybe their school
I didn’t say those because I feel that everyone agrees on both of those
