Is this a house, or a unit in a condo building? Because it looks like a unit in a condo, and I'm not even bidding on a place that I haven't seen the interior of.
Does the layout maximize usable space? Does it have a washer/dryer in the unit? What kind of stove does it have? Is it wall-to-wall carpet or hardwood flooring? How many power outlets are there and were they installed correctly?
What's the condo fee and what does that get me for the money? Is there a package concierge? Is there a front desk? Do I own my windows or does the building?
Hardwood Flooring, wood burning stove, whole building, sold as a single family house, can't add power outlets in minecraft but I would assume several
"can't add power outlets in minecraft" shame. Get a power mod. Immersive engineering is probably your best bet.
