Based off this data people will be least sad in Philadelphia, Chicago, Portland, DC, Boston, San Francisco, Seattle and NYC
But people are sad and lonely in Boston and Seattle, which is why I believe there is a 3rd variable that affects how sad and lonely a person is
I believe it to be called, Cost of Living
