Just to check, is this "congestion pricing in NYC" as in "we're going to make it more expensive to use mass transit during rush hours, and fuck everybody who for reasons they can't control needs to be doing their commute at that time"?
And not killing that idea... that's the win? That congestion pricing still might happen? "listening to their constituents," the people of NYC are asking for mass transit to cost more during peak hours? Am I reading you right?
