All we need for a good summer vacation is some paints and canvas, a seaside cottage by the cliffs with a village nearby to walk to for groceries and a train to get between the seaside town and the hustle and bustle of the city
But alas, the train to seaside villages are exceedingly rare in modern America
Wait, the LIRR exists, the seaside vacation of our dreams may be possible, even if it does tragically end up being on Long Island
Nevermind, I forgot that the Hamptons are inhospitable AND have zero quaint villages
