Chicago should host another World's Fair in 2033, No world's fair have happened in the US since 1984 and I think its time to try one again, and there is no better time than on the anniversary of the 2nd World's Fair Chicago Hosted, The Century of Progress
Part of the construction could involve building a second island to mirror Northerly Island on the Northside since the century of progress took place on Northerly Island last time
I think people are misinterpreting what I mean by “need a car” I was saying that in some cities it is possible to exist in areas of the city without a car and access most daily needs, I did not mean that it would be ideal to live without a car and I did not mean that travel outside the city would be easy, what I was saying is, in New York, Seattle, Boston, Chicago, the Bay Area, DC, Portland Oregon, or Philadelphia, you likely do not need a car to exist, not that that it would be the best life ever.
