Why do people pay more for ocean views, I mean it's just a big blue blob, the cityscape is so much more interesting
For God's sake, you can't even people watch with that ocean view
Oh my home is 15 times more at risk for flooding compared to the median home I this city, I will pay 3 times more for this, this makes sense
I can understand River views since those are neat and you can have docks and shit but like with an ocean view you just get the honour of staring at blue forever and you can't even say you're doing it for the beach because your shitty skyscraper is like 4 blocks from the beach which is a fucking public park
Actually I just thought of something, if the Rich people all are moving into the Ocean View Buildings that means the normal people can get the apartments with good views way easier
