I am going to assume you mean the horse half, to which I would say that centuars wear loose clothing over the top of the horse part but it doesn’t cover the underside if the horse, like this but cloth instead of metal

Anyways, it is seen as inappropriate to not wear clothing over the horse half at formal events but it is appropriate to be unclothed on the horse side at casual events
