I could say, the main character is a petty cynical blunt lesbian who accidentally killed her girlfriend so now she tried to keep herself from forming any attachments with others, and she is racked with resentment towards those she ones she used to be friends with because of how she feels they have moved on without her and are now doing better without her than they ever did with her

And people would be obsessed with her
