I know this blog is a good bit of haha, hehe most of the time, but what are your thoughts/ did you know about the ongoing issue with Amtrak moving construction of new tunnel, and exhaust sites from primarily white areas of Baltimore to majority black communities who’ve been historically displaced/ experienced environmental racism, and adverse health effects in the creation of both railways, and highways? There’s an open civil rights complaint in which they were asked to halt construction while they’re being investigated, and they are still pushing forward with construction. I’m a follower of yours and I’m for sure for bolstering public transit, so don’t think this is me being like FUCK TRAINS, but I think since a lot of people follow you, and this is an issue being perpetuated by Amtrak, and the community itself is asking people to contact local authorities in support of their cause, I wanted you to know.
