Would I be correct in saying that magical realism is taking magical logically and scientifically, urban fantasy is fantastical elements (magic, fantasy creatures) in a modern setting, and low fantasy is fantasy (usually medieval) with very little magic?

Basically yes, Magical Realism is a realistic novel with magic, it has an approachto magic that is grounded and realistic, it usually is in a world similar to ours though, while Urban Fantasy says Magic or Fantasy are within our world but hidden and low Fantasy is a fully fictional and Fantastical setting with very little magic.

All 3 are genres are similar to eachother in that they take a more grounded approach to magic to create a more similar world to our own than is seen in medieval high Fantasy
