Someone posted an Archive.is link in the comment, so read it if you want to. it's somewhat interesting but really doesn't bring much new to the table with urban design. It's a new build walkable neighborhood but it's walkable because that's good for women. It was interesting to read about how taking into account the needs of women and mothers in particular brings about better living conditions for all of us (cut curb effect) but it doesn't really go over anything new
