Actually scratch that, it's a condo not an apartment, you should own where you live
I dunno, after all the stuff that went down in Florida, I don't think condos are a great idea. If anything goes wrong with the building everybody ends up paying thousands of dollars each, and that's IF the board doesn't put off repairs until the whole building collapses.
The same issue of differed maintenance and tenants paying out of pocket happens in an apartment, but at least with a condo they own and control where they live
