The tools I use are a speedball carver, a no.2 pencil, a stamp pad I bought from an arts shop and rubber linoleum blocks
Amazon links for it but you can find similar stuff on BLICK or your local arts store

Let’s make a stamp, here are some pieces of rubber
First we sketch out a design
Then carve out the inside
Remove the outside of the image too
Put ink on the stamp
And place it on paper
